  • The participation to the 8th IQFA's Colloquium is free, however, registration is mandatory. You can register here. Note that registration can only be done with an account on SciencesConf.org. Therefore, if you have one, please use it, if not, please create one.
  • To submit a contribution, please use only the following latex template, prepare an 1-page abstractand then go to "Submit a contribution" to upload it in the PDF format only. As usual, only poter contributions are accpeted. 10 to 15 of them will be upgraded to invited talks by IQFA's Scientific Committee.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COLLOQUIUM

The CNRS research network on "Quantum Engineering, from Fundamental Aspects to Applications" (IQFA) organizes its 8th colloquium, outlined along its 5 main investigated thematics (ARTs) that meet perfectly those of the next European Flagship on Quantum Technologies. New fundamental concepts in quantum information, as well as advances in quantum technologies will be promoted during this 3-day meeting.

Thanks to the wide scientific community associated with IQFA, this colloquium will enable participants to exchange on state-of-the-art developments in the vast and active field of quantum engineering and technologies.

The conference is organized around three types of communication:

  • Invited 1-hour Pedagogical Tutorials given by internationally recognized experts who will present a synthetic focus on specific topics in the field;
  • Invited Talks (25') presenting recent advances in the field. 10 to 15 poster contributions will be ugraded by the scientific committee as invited oral presentations;
  • Poster sessions enabling a large number of participants to present their results to the quantum information community.

In addition, a session will be devoted to the European Flaghsip on Quantum Technologies, where academical and industrial stakeholders, will present their views and perspectives.

COVERED THEMATICS

This year, the covered thematics are those of the European Flagship on Quantum Technologies.

  • Quantum Communication and Cryptography (QCOM)
  • Quantum Sensing & Metrology (QMET)
  • Quantum Simulation (QSIM)
